I don't like the hidden fees; I also don't like being forced to upgrade to fill out forms for upgrades i don't need or want. I also don't like how they trick you by not telling you that if you pay the deluxe fee with the refund then they charge you 40 dollars extra not including deluxe fee till your about to finish.
