Simple but expensive

All is well and I like the idea of filling my own taxes, as they a simple after retiring and only having a part time job, but what is the $40 "Turbo Online Refund Transfer Fee"? from the few dollars I get back? That is very steep. There was no option to have it mailed to me for free.
