I like how you separate all the fees to make it look like people are receiving a deal this year, but they are not. you slowly tack on few by fee. In the end you are paying just as much if not more than last year. IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE FREE. You add on 2 turbo tax fees on top of it. It is getting more ridiculous. I should just go to a in person appt to file from now on. You're not charging any less. It is sad!! Not to mention, there is so many added taps that it is confusing on what you need. A Canadian tax? what is that. It would not even allow me to bypass.

So easy, a cavemen can do it! It saved me the headaches of gathering up paperwork, driving to a tax prep place, and having to have contact with a person.

Easy to use. Taxes done in less than an hour! It is ridiculous that you are forced to complete a review for a product you already paid for.
