Turbo tax is a joke

My estimated refund was 1,100 over what i actually got got my hope up for nothing then they charge me 128$ to file my taxes should've went anywhere else

turbo tax is user friendly but the cost to use is a bit pricey. I think the cost should be in line with a person's total income.

Quick and easy

It was quick and easy. Don't like it that WE HAD TO PAY for such a simple form! We had a small income and SS, no state tax. If I find out that it should be free or the accuracy of the return is wrong, never use again. The good- questions that I had were answered in simple form.
