Turbo tax is as good as HR Block

New Fees

I have used the free version of Turbo Tax since 2013. I will NOT be using it for the 2026 year. Charging me $40 to pay my filing fees from my return PLUS another $35 to have it deposited into my own account is just wild. Thanks but no thanks.

ZIP files suck

My issue was in retrieving my 2024 return. It’s now formatted as a ZIP file when previously it was always a PDF document. I made several attempts to download the ZIP file and when I tried to open it I got a message saying the file was empty. Very disappointing. Why the change to a ZIP file?
