Extra Unnecessary Transfer Fees

It's disgusting that there is such a large fee to transfer the refund to account and/or pay via my own refund. Most transfer fees don't exceed 10 dollars even so $40 is crazy. I'll be manually filing my taxes moving forward and encouraging others to do the same.

Deceptive and Expensive

This is the last year I'll use TurboTax. They ask to keep your information (for non-tax purposes) for five years, use convoluted language to disguise the opt-out, attempt to trick you into paying for a direct deposited advance refund, and charge a $10 fee for using a card to pay for the service. Even as I write this review, my cursor is jumping around, acting erratic, and jumbling my words because their AI platform is trying to feed suggested review topics and 'help' me write a review. Absolutely disgusted by the experience from start to finish and I'm ashamed to have given them my money. Never again.

It looks like a comprehensive and easy to use program. It takes time to complete but it is worth it.
