Using TurboTax this year was straightforward and surprisingly smooth. When I needed my AGI, the guidance walked me step‑by‑step to the IRS transcript page, making the process easy to follow. Once I pulled my 2024 Return Transcript, TurboTax matched everything quickly and let me finish filing without stress. The layout is clean, the instructions are clear, and the whole experience felt efficient and user‑friendly.

Turbo Tax is getting too expensive

I did my taxes myself without a tax expert. Turbo tax is getting too expensive, nickle and diming for every little thing you can. Going forward I will be checking into a tax professional and compare costs to having a live tax professional help me instead. if that route is cheaper I will be using it. I am interested to see if the get my refund faster actually works for the additional $40.

Deluxe should be an option

Filing was quick but I was charged for tax deluxe when I did the filing by myself and couldn't opt out the deluxe option. An extra charge for something I never needed is unacceptable. will probably look into filing elsewhere.

Turbo Tax Takes the worry out of filing

I have used Turbo Tax for 10 years. And, it was the best choice I have ever made after using a private tax company for approximately 10 years with the same results but with exorbitant filing fees.
Turbo tax has made filing taxes affordable and worry-free--they get me great results and simplified tutorials.
