Had to get one of the representatives to help me because I needed to correct a mistake and got to talk to Ollie. She was the best because I was very upset. Thanks Ollie in Florida

Very easy to use. I like the option to be able to take a break and come back and continue. The "learn" options are very helpful for clarifying. Great to be able to do it on my free time, night or day! Very accurate. Also enjoy being able to send in my tax statement over the internet!
