absolutely loved how easy they made it for me, all the features to help and guidance for anyone even a person that's never filed before would be able to easily use and not have to worry about making mistakes. highly recommend. i have used H&R Blocks website to file Tax Act's website to file and Turbo Tax is by far the best and easiest to file with.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I moved, I had a baby

Expensive

Great at convenience, but there are a lot of hidden fees that you get hit with toward the end of filing. It feels a little like a trap to go through all the filing paperwork and be surprised 3 or 4 times with added fees to finalize and submit your taxes. Otherwise, you'd have to delete and revise all the work you just did and find a different way to file... Which I feel like they know and can easily expect people to say, "oh well, I already came this far" and just pay the extra fees. Which is what I did... So, oh well, I guess.
