It is easy to use with its step by step guidance. the features to ask questions comes in handy. it is very accurate on filling out the W4 for me.

turbo tax is now looking for more reasons to charge more fees. Ive never paid a fee to get my return payment electronically. and added more fees on a form I did NOT have. will look for other ways to file my return next year, thanks. And on top of that another charge just to use my refund to pay for the additional charges.
