I did not want to file my return yet to wait for additional documents that might show up. Even with your help section that told me I could go to file and save I could not find that option so I had to submit or lose all the work I had done. I don't like the online version and probably won't be back. I have used turbotax desktop for over ten years and can't understand you limiting it to windows 11. Its a scam to make buy us new computers.

Commercials say file for free. I just paid $128 in bogus fees and my refund gets less and less every year. This is my last time using turbo tax.

Great Product but New Direct Deposit fee is bogus

I would have given Turbo Tax 5 stars but you have now added on the $35 fee for direct deposit into your bank account unless you use Credit Karma. You used to direct deposit for free. This is totally bogus!!!! I wish you offered a way to receive a check in the mail because at that point I would have chosen that instead. You need to tell people the charges upfront. I had already chosen what Turbo Tax plan I wanted and I paid for it. You should not be springing another hidden fee on people. I do not appreciate that and I don't want to deal with another company, like Credit Karma, getting my refund. Totally tacky move Turbo Tax! I have been using your program for YEARS! This is disappointing!
