Overall, the software is fairly easy to use. Accuracy is good.

Love the ease of using Turbo Tax. The system navigates you through all the questions in regards to potential tax credits; however, if you know that not any tax credits would apply then you can by-pass and just continue to move forward eliminating areas that are not applicable to you....saving time.

Every year it doesn’t change. TurboTax has excellent customer service. It’s simple as that. The only reason I need to continue to use it.
