Intrusive, hidden fees every other page, fees to file, fees to get direct deposits, fees to use refund instead of CC. Constantly says doesn't sell personal information then last page is we are going to share all you personal information.

the fees for being a free tax return service are almost half or more of a regular tax prep place. when my tax return is as simple as it was, it should not be $166 of a $823 tax return. ;)

I really love using TurboTax to do my taxes, but I don’t appreciate that it wasn’t free this year. I have been filing my taxes with turbotax since 2018 and have alwasy clicked on the “do it myself” option and this year it was no longer free. A bit upsetting.
