Turbo Tax Checkout changed and Fees Changed

I chose self filing for 49, & 39 to file w/ state. checkout was misleading, it added additional 40 fee just to pay from federal return totaling 128.00 i backed up to just pay 49 and 39 with bank card instead, & it said total 88, i clicked submit, it became 128.00 on the receipt it added 40 again as Online Refund Transfer fee total 128.00. i did not agree to this when i submit it as 88 at checkout. It was misleading.

usually dont have problems with turbo tax at all! this year I did but any other time ive filed with them no issue
