Easy to use! I ended up being refunded than I would have ever guessed since it walked me through the process step by step offering suggestions.

No more standard do it yourself filing.

This is the last time I will be filing with turbotax. I filed with turbotax for a long time now, and always gave me the option to file standard DIY method. Now its forcing me to pay a deluxe upgrade without offering me a standard file. And they get you at the end of filing. When your already done with your taxes and its ready to file. In the beginning it stated it was letting me file for free, at the end after i completed my returns. They give you no other option but to charge. Like I said, I USE to like turbo tax, but now, I will not be filing with turbo tax any longer.

The software is very easy to use and provides cler and concise guidance to do your taxes. The only dislike was the constant pressure to upsale the product.

Everything went smoothly until I reviewed my return. I wanted to go back and change something so followed the directions to select "My Info". Somehow, it deleted my spouse and erased my work. I called customer service (quick to get with a representative if you say "speak with customer service" multiple times. The agent said I would have to start over. I added my spouse's information and everything returned. So I am happy that all my work was not lost, but would have thought customer service would know this. Have used Turbo Tax for 6 years now. It's nice to compare to previous years' info and it saves a lot of the contact information if the same.

I have used TurboTax for years now. I am very impressed on how smooth using TT can be. Even with added expenses or added income, TT seems to work wonders on putting things together.
