Basically forced me to upgrade to deluxe, which is pretty much the same thing as doing it yourself but for $50.

Annoyed that the further you get time invested into doing your taxes that more and more fees get added in until your pretty much done. Then there’s no point but to just submit and get taken advantage of because the task is already done. Kind of highway robbery.

the product is good. however the fees are pretty expensive. And i feel getting charged twice is not right.
