Bad coding- Algorithm loops

I had to totally abandon using the app because I got stuck in an algorithm loop that I couldn’t escape. I switched to the mobile website and it worked better. But there was still a point where several screens repeated, but the second time it moved forward. You all need to work on the coding. SERIOUSLY. It’s bad.

Sneaky charges

I selected Expert Assist Deluxe for 2024 filings because of more complicated circumstances, but it was added automatically for 2025 filings. I didn't use expert assistance, and I noticed the add-on when I had everything done and ready to file. I had to completely start over to remove the extra charge! And that's on top of being forced to use Deluxe to handle extremely common circumstances. I'll be checking out competitors before I even think of using TurboTax again.
