I HAVE USED TURBO TAX FOR QUITE A FEW YEARS. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE EASE OF IT. AS WELL AS THE CONVENIENCE.

They consistently push you to add extra services for extra fees. They make it difficult to decline these by hiding them behind small drop-down menus with no text indicating that. The option to say no to these things needs to be more visibly available. Especially at the end with the 5-day speed-up return. It took me a while to learn how to say no and have it delivered to my bank account normally.
