Happy not happy

Its good but why do I have to pay 89$ every year that I use turbo tax (10 years to be exact) I do my brothers and my boyfriends taxes using turbo tax and theirs is always free I don’t think this is fair and will be my last year using this app.

Simple clean and easy. I always like using TurboTax because I know I'm not going to be stuck doing it for longer than I need too. The Turbo Team is super helpful too and there to answer any questions I have throughout the process.

Very fast but I am looking for a way to download copies of my return and at this juncture I did not see that option. Secondly, at the end of filing it indicated that I did not use Turbo Tax, which I did, but I was not allowed to proceed until I selected something (used another software), which lead me to extra steps that did not seem necessary. And until now there was no way to tell you that I did indeed use your software and have done so since 2013

Great tool and easy to use!

Super easy to use and convenient. I would have given 5 stars, but the prompts to upgrade throughout, and the adds for extra services to get your money faster for additional fee's are annoying. I am unsure what I even signed up for at the end (credit Karma?), and I am pretty sure I will never use that service whatever it was?
