Online and app not working smoothly

I had a lot of trouble this year with the site. I started trying to use the app and it glitched and put me in a loop I couldn't get past and when I used the online version it imported all the information wrong and even though I fixed it, it kept reverting back to the wrong info. It was incredibly frustrating!

i did not like you added two extra fees when i done it for 6 yrs my taxes never gotten chach for tec fees and srt fee which i have no freaking clue what that stands for
