TurboTax made filing my taxes surprisingly easy. The step-by-step questions felt clear, and it caught deductions I would’ve missed. Importing my W-2 and previous return saved time. The only downside is the upgrade prompts and added fees, but overall it’s fast, reliable, and beginner-friendly.

as far as functionality goes works great and easy to follow steps. down side I have noticed price keeps going up. They keep adding new fees or raising prices even though I am doing most of the work. other than that great just wish there was a bit cheaper.

TurboTax is quick and easy, fees are reasonable and I never have to worry about missing news deductions. They double check returns and any issues I am notified right away.

Horrible this year. Fees are OUTRAGEOUS, forces long form (extra $$ of course) for ONE form that makes ZERO difference,
Program CONSTANTLY crashing, took hours to complete which was of course not reflected in total time.
last year for me, and I've used over 30 years. Complete JUNK now.

I feel like the fees are increasing. My filing is basic so I don't feel I should've paid what I paid. I may look into another online filing app next year
