FEES AUTOMATICLY ADDED

STARED OUT OK ON FREE FILE, THEN AT THE END ALL THESE FEES WAS AUTOMATICALLY ADDED THAT I DID NOT AGREE TO. EVERY TIME I TRIED TO DECLINE FEES ANOTHER ONE WAS ADDED.
GOT TIRED OF TRYING TO DELETE THEM SO I ACCEPETED THEM.

So fast and easy. Year after year, I am thankful for TurboTax having my back. Automatically uploads my w-2 because I used it the previous year and still have the same job which makes filing SO much easier for me and less wait time. User friendly for SURE. Thank you TurboTax. You certainly get the job done and done right. My taxes are filed and that weight is now off my shoulders thanks to TurboTax, literally EVERY. YEAR.

TOO INTRICATE!

First time using Intuit/TTax ONLINE. The walk-through version (download or disk) was SUPERIOR to this. There are not enough HELP and tools to answer my questions.
AND - I had to google many questions - again, find that crowd-sourcing answers from citizens is all I get. IF I wanted your help I would have to pay for it!
You must be making LOTS of money ......
