Unexpected and unclear fee structure!!!

It was going good until all types of unexpected fees popped up. If I’m having to pay for the Deluxe due to an Additional Medicare form, then why am I also being charged for a state filing fee AND another $40 fee?!?!?! $128 TOTAL fees?!?! First and LAST time using this ripoff!! And th so-called breakdown of fees made no sense! After spending almost an hour filling everything out I just wanted to get our taxes filed. They know what they're doing. They won't get me again next year though.

The site is user friendly and explains in enough detail, but keeps it brief enough to digest. It makes taxes less stressful on the fly. I do not however, appreciate their recommendations in support of our current administration.
