reliable product

was easy to do taxes. Issue was I stopped before filing and could not get back to where I was. Ended up getting charged twice. Will get fixed on Monday. Have been using for years wiuth no major issues

TurboTax USED to be awesome

I’ve been using turbo tax for as long as I’ve had taxes to file. I remember when it used to be FREE and now you literally have to pay for every little Thing and it’s so frustrating. And they ask a million unnecessary questions like I just want to file and be done. I don't need expert advice and I don’t need to be asked 5 separate times if I need help. Overall turbo tax just sucks now. Like why are you making me pay an additional $45 just to pay with my refund? It’s just all so stupid
