i paid for the service with a credit card. then there was an additional fee on top of that deducted from my return. very confused.

simple and quick

Overall it is easy and simple for a regular person to do taxes. I am a teacher, single mom of 3 and that is all. This is the fastest and cheapest way for me to do my taxes. It is the least stressful so far and I like that all my taxes are in one place each year and I have less to fill in

Site is quick and easy to understand, making the entire process smooth. All of my questions were answered and I was able to go back at anytime and recheck what I had previously entered.
