I was very upset that they did not give me the option to have my state tax electronically deposited. When I put in my bank account information it said the amount that would be deposited and it was only the amount for the Federal. I keep waiting for something to come up for the state and it never did. When I clicked on help to understand why or see if I missed something, it just kept sending my in a vicious circle of questions and now answers until the questions it was asking did not even pertain to my original question. And when I am filing my taxes I don't want to be interrupted to do a survey on how you are doing for me. I just want to get it done. Stop with the stupid interruptions

Easy and breezy. Easy on the eyes, and comprehensible. Helps me a lot, given that I am aversive to these forms. They gave helpful suggestions and guided me through the process of additional deductions, which increased my tax return. I love this product.
