Getting Worse Every Year but We Live in a Monopoly

I love the " we'll save this info and you won't have to do it next year" when I've been filing with turbo tax for more than a decade and still have to type it in each year. Also loves to pull old info into the system like a person who hasn't been on my taxes in 6 years, old job titles, and addresses that have been updated multiple times.
