I've used turbo tax for a couple years now and my parents have used turbo tax for years. It has never let us down it's easy to use and I like the access to help even though I've never had to use it. I'm not crazy about the fees but they aren't outrageous so 4 out of 5 star.

Upgrade Options

Kept pushing to upgrade my plan. After several times of pressing no I do not want to upgrade I got charged at the end anyway. Very frustrating as it is not cheap.
