Turbo Tax is easy!

Easy to maneuver and understand. Spells everything out for you and I like the explanation box when you don't understand something.

Turbo Tax has changed. Not for the better.

Have been using Turbo Tax for years. Always easy to do. But this year 2025 taxes, we had to pay them to deposit the refund into our bank account. I know we pay them so much to do and file the taxes, but now they want extra money. Not happy about that at all.

So glad I decided to try TurboTax - no regrets!

My first time trying TurboTax and I was pleasantly surprised. I had already completed my return with another tax product for comparison reasons, and TurboTax proved to be much more accurate, which increased my total refund by hundreds of dollars. Amazing! Easy to use, thorough and fast. I'll definitely be using TurboTax next year!

Turbo tax is very helpful, easy and useful while youdo you taxes they have all the help that i needed

Nothing really changed, other than the return telling me at the very end I didn't qualify for the free service, rather than that information being given earlier in the review.
