Unhappy with price

I think that my tax return should have been filed for free. My return was simple and I don't know why I was not given the option to file for free. Also, the amount that was quoted when I started my return is not what I ended up paying when I was done. They need to be more transparent with their prices.

Easy to use but nickel and diming everything

I've used turbo tax for over 10 years and this year they have changed their pricing and seems they are nickel and diming every process they can. The product itself is still simple, but the pricing structure is insane. I have very simple taxes and will not be using turbo tax again next year.
