why did it make me up grade

it made me pay additional medicare with no reason why so that made me up grade from free and if you look it up thats for people making 250000.00 and over so i dont know why i had to up grade and it will not let up date my email

Kind of confused

It was mostly easy but there were a few questions that I had problems with because I wasn't sure what they meant. Also I didn't realize that I had so many fees at the of filing my taxes. Not sure what some of them even were. Also some of your buttons took forever to go into the page.

We've been using turbo tax for years now and I'm happy to say they've improved especially this year with more easily understandable descriptions/breakdowns for tax breaks.

TurboTax made my filing process so smooth this year! The user interface is incredibly intuitive, and it guided me step-by-step through my family's deductions. I’m getting my maximum refund without the stress of doing it manually. Highly recommend!
