I really like how turbo tax makes it easy to file with step by step guidance. I really appreciate that I can log out and come back at another time and continue filing from where I left off. It is very convenient!

Absolutely trash garbage acts like I’m done and a bout to finish then tells me I have to pay to finish because of some form I can’t fill out without giving them money then they say it’s only gonna be 49$ plus another 39$ then it asks for other 40$ to take it out of my tax return then finally it wants to total it to 180$ without telling me where the extra charge is coming from so they’ll get their money but I’m never using this app again I might as well just go to an accountant and have them do it why should I have to pay you to use the free do it my self option you did nothing but screw me out of $1000 on my return then scam another $200 out of me
