Lost tax year

I've used this app for years but I don't have access to 2024 taxes. IRS says they were filed. We received the refund. Turbo Tax has the W2 but says I never filed with them. I wouldn't even know how to do this without using Turbo Tax so I don't know why I can't find last years return.

Credit karma tax app is better and easier turbo

Credit karma was better and easy. Turbo tax is too complicated. If the w2 is uploaded it should fill in all information . I will look to another app for taxes next year
