Hidden and unnecessary fees

Adding unnecessary fees go elsewhere. I just paid the 160$ at the end because I don't want to file again.

The price structure is misleading.

It is convenient and easy to use, but the fee structure is confusing. I will not be using this service again, because it cost way more than anticipated. I did not appreciate the unforeseen expense.
