Turbo tax is great

Easy to use, have great ways to begin until the end. everything was accurant and compatible. Features were incredible.The guidance was unbelievable. The interface information was good.

Be transparent about what is free and what is not

I think the product worked very well but I think the way that I got tricked into paying the deluxe after all of my tax information was entered was scummy. Telling me I need the deluxe after all of this was put together because of a few categories is not transparent. Changes should be made to inform that a specific aspect of the service requires the deluxe version as that information is being entered. Using this felt like a rug pull due to taking advantage of how confusing taxes are. I appreciate the service, just be more up front about what is free and what is not in the future please.
