Turbo tax was very helpful

Good for my simple tax returns, slightly deceitful

I've used TurboTax every year since I've entered the military. I've never had an issue with TurboTax until this year when deciding what product to use. It defaulted to TurboTax Expert Assist Deluxe but it is a bit deceitful that it says "start for free". I've never paid for any of the products except for the benefits at the end so in my mind I thought that this was it. I went all the way through my taxes only to realize I was getting charged for the TurboTax Expert Assist Deluxe and the benefits and had to start over using the Do It Yourself. Even choosing the Do It Yourself wasn't obvious and the text for choosing another option should be in larger text or a different graphic. Other than that I've liked using TurboTax throughout the years.

TurboTax is Quick and Easy

I just love everything about this platform. User friendly and it takes you through the process smoothly. Been using it 5 years in a row now. This is like our go to family tool.
