Consider another cost effective resource

The process is simple and easy and quick. It is malicious how badly you try and gain my consent to use all of my personal data for your gain and masking it as a benefit to me. Then you massively overcharge me for the simplest service that should not come at such a premium.

I would prefer to search a topic and be able to jump to that in the tax form, this only works for some features. I also would prefer to tab through each page as if I were viewing the paper document

I am writing to formally complain about an issue I experienced while using TurboTax related to Form 1098-A (Health Insurance Marketplace Statement).
I needed to delete Form 1098-A due to an error, but the system would not allow me to remove it. When I contacted support, I was told that the only solution was to create an entirely new profile and start my tax return over from the beginning. This was extremely frustrating and time-consuming.
I spent a significant amount of time going through various steps and troubleshooting on my own in an effort to avoid starting over. Simply searching for alternative ways to delete the form eventually led me to the correct solution—something that was not clearly explained or guided by TurboTax support.
Because of this issue, I was unable to file my return electronically until the form was deleted, despite the error not being my fault. This created unnecessary delays and stress during an already important process.
I believe this reflects a lack of clear guidance and system flexibility, and I hope TurboTax will address this issue so other users do not encounter the same problem. Customers should not be forced to restart their entire tax return due to a single form error.
