Turbo Tax not what your expect

ridiculous fees

They have made it more complicated and charged crazy fees for everything. A fee to have my money deposited???? after I paid you for BOTH fedral and state to the tune of 98.00 before your other fees. This is my last year with TurboTax. Lesson learned this time....

The software is in 100% available in the app. It doesn’t work work with Safari nor does it work with DuckDuckGo. I had to actually change browser seven times to find one that is compatible until I finally realize you guys were operating on the GCP platform and only Google would work. There were times that I was crying when I was trying to confirm my identity with Credit Karma. There were times that I wanted to throw my phone when I needed to click a link for the disclosures

look, yall do make it easy but we all know just how much money you're raking in from this, it's insane when its hard working people's money, many of us take pride in our work and look forward to getting the scraps the federal government lets us have off their elaborate banquet table. You are helping us getting a bigger piece but still taking way too much, a 35$ fee to deposit into my bank account? really? that's wild. In these hard economic times with the government drinking the blood of the working class you ought to have some sympathy for us rather than trying to maximize your profits and increase shareholder value. I doubt anyone will read this and it wouldn't change anything even if someone did. Just my thoughts, enjoy the money you took from my refund you greedy animals.
