I started Using Turbo Tax since 2018 and I am so glad I did, I don't have to pay hundreds of dollars to someone else when I can do it my self.
Pros: My employment status changed this year

Faster than ever

Very quick and easy, also breaks down terminology that isn't necessarily common knowledge. Pulled files from previous years efficiently, and also was able to pull my current W2 without me having to find it manually.
