My experience is that you completely falsely advertised your product levels. The application also continuously bombarded me with questions and advertising trying to force me to upgrade my package which I did not want to do. I am completely dissatisfied with my experience and your predatorial methods of forcing users to upgrade their packages.

They have all of those ads that tell you it is free to file however, they end up charging you. I was charged over $100. Make sure you are getting the best rate before your u finish

Hidden Fees, Very Expensive for basic service

Every year its the same. You ask 3+ times for the Max upgrade after declining every single time, and then hide an additional fee on the back end instead of just being up front about out. Trash marketing scams. I have to ask myself why I use this service every year and I actually think I'm not going to next year.
Other than that, I guess its helpful. Also this review window is a pain to type in with the AI bull trying to process every word.

I have been using TurboTax to file my taxes since 2016 and I have never gone anywhere else to have my taxes done since. I love the site, how well it guides you and double checks all your answers and information before moving and how at the end if there are any errors, they make sure to have you correct it before submitting it and just the overall ease of the product in general. I will continue to use TurboTax and be a customer as long as it stays active.
