The website itself was fine, very direct, but a lot of the terms were very confusing to understand and I didn't like how some of the things were diffrent. I've filed my taxes with TurboTax since I was sixteen, and some of the things I saw today I had never seen before, at least not that I remember. Honestly, it was just very confusing, like it was trying to get me to update and have an anget help.

Stress-Free Filing

I've used TurboTax for the past several years. The experience has always been entirely pleasant. When I was a teenager I dreaded the day when I would have to file taxes. Adults always made the process seem so intimidating. Using TurboTax has consistently been a stress-free process. I'll use them every year.

Turbotax is easy to use. It offers a lot of guidance. I however, do not like how everything is now an upcharge.

Turbo Tax is the Absolute BEST

I have been using Turbo Tax for the past 10 years, I have had problems with the box stores, but online Turbo Tax is the best.. they double check, help in all areas, and are very accurate.
