I thought TurboTax was a good option at first, but I was disappointed when I was charged more than expected. I believed the cost would only be $49, and the additional fees were not clearly explained upfront.

Everything went well. Very helpful in helping with filing with retirement standards. When I had any issues with filing they were very in explaining the right steps to take.

I just answered the questions and completed my taxes in no time.
I do wish I could have upgraded to a live chat while doing my taxes but it all worked out fine.
