hard to use

This online version is very hard to use. I've always used the desktop version for many years but can't now since I'm using Windows ten.

My family has been using TurboTax for years, they make it easy to use and easy to understand so you can do it on your own and I love that. I love the price to file also and the guidance as you go through it.
