Better Than Mailing

I use TurboTax every year and usually have no issues. My only issue is that when I went to submit my State Tax return, I was unable to do so due to tax law changes (No Issue with that) and it was stated that I would receive a notification when I was able to, however I never received a notification stating that I was able to submit my state taxes. My other issue is that every time I attempted to continue to attempt to look at/continue my state return, it would require I open in a browser and would not work on my phone.

Not sure why I had to pay this year when I've been using turbo tax for the past 3 years to file and have never been asked to upgrade to Deluxe version for no reason. Also, never filed and changed anything from when I've normally filed. charging me $49 for Deluxe when I got no assistance online. This is a ripoff and is turning a repeat customer away from using your services.

Turbo Tax is great

Pretty simple, it directs you to where you need to go. It’s difficult to go back on though, I accidentally got charged because I chose a platinum package that I didn’t mean to click on.

I have used TurboTax for many years and I appreciate the stress free process of having my information stored from last year and my imported W2. I feel that TurboTax is accurate in the guidance provided to complete my taxes. I have and do, highly recommend Turbo Tax for filing your taxes. Thank you Turbo Tax!
