Gone downhill

Harder than previous years. Government pin given in previous year never works on your site resulting in a long process of verification. While looking for spouses driver license Info you timed me out and I had to redo some info. You advertise free filing then charge a fee. HR Block is much easier and I will use them going forward.

I have used this service for years for free and now they've added some costs to it that I wasn't expecting.
