It's always so quick and easy using TurboTax when im filing each year. Saves so much time and frustrations. They are always super accurate and if you dont understand something they go over any questions or concerns you have.

Greed Will Be The End Of You

All of a sudden I am being penalized and charged for using my own bank account vs the Karma Checking account. I loved Turbo Tax but now it feels greedy. I've already paid for your SELF service and now I have to pay AGAIN for using MY bank??? To receive MY MONEY???!! Not that you care (until everyone does it and you lose your jobs) I will be looking to find another tax help provider

QUICK and EASY

There were a lot of different things about Turbo Tax this year verses last year. Easier, faster, fees were different, and overall, how informative they were. The accuracy of how much I was going to get was spot on. The features were incredible different as well. I had great guidance with the Turbo Tax Team so I could firmly file myself. Great compatibility and interface.
