Good, yet encountered disappointment

Overall, a good experience. However, I was surprised and disappointed by the new last-minute fee of $35 to have my return deposited into my personal bank account versus the marketed "Credit Karma" account... free of charge. This was a sure ploy for users to open yet another account with another agency. That sucked! I would otherwise have given this service that I have used for many years 5 stars, but not this time. You cost me more money to receive my own money when I have already paid for the service provided. Parasites.

Why am I paying when I'm filing by myself.

How are you guys going to continue to charge me for filing my taxes by myself? I didn't need y'all's help and yet I had to pay almost $80 to you guys when I did all the work by myself. That's insane.
