Turbo tax is deceptive. slow down and dont pay

Loves to trick and for you to pay money. They try and sneak in if you want to pay. They use deception to ask the same questions over and over again on if you want to upgrade to the none free version. they try and trick you by placing the agree to pay a ton of money for nothing where the no thanks button was the last time they asked the same upgrade question

Great experience with no issues.

It was an easy experience and hassle free. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. I have Lupus and deal with brain fog at times. It makes it harder to focus, etc. Even with dealing with that fog, I still found it easy to do. I have been using Turbo Tax for many years now and I don't believe that will ever change.

I have always loved turbotax. However, every year they keep charging more and more fees. I remember when I used to be able to file completely free.

Terrible experience I feel robbed there was nothing wrong with my return but you made an issue just to charge me after I already filed for free I will never use turbo tax again way too stressful and again I wa robbed..
