Turbo Tax is a Rip Off

Guidance was very bad. I thought I had a $50 fee but you slid in more charges. I will never use this service again. Somehow it went up to $129.00 You DO NOT explain things very well especially for seniors. What a gyp.

I love Turbo Tax!

I love filing my taxes with Turbo Tax! The user interface is so easy and intuitive, the process is super-quick and I finish filing with great peace of mind!
