Love TurboTax

It took me less than 30 minutes, since I am already in their system. They found deductions and found where I accidentally entered something wrong, which would have made my return almost $3000 less than what it was supposed to be.

Even though it works well enough, there's too many weird things. On the start of my state, it wanted charitable donations but said I couldn't put the ones from my federal even though I ended up not using itemized. So I went back to take them off the useless itemized page, then the state charitable donation page was gone. I searched the whole site and I couldn't get back to it.

Turbo Tax is very helpful

Filing taxes is a very stressful time. No one wants to be audited, and we all want to get back the highest refund possible. I find the Guidance I get from Turbo Tax to be very informative and helpful.
Pros: My employment status changed this year
