Turbo Tax is greedy and shouldn't be used

you forced me to pay for you stupid product and took half of my fees. I will not be filing with you next year simply because I couldn't select the free option. you all are greedy!

I love turbotax! I've been using it since I was 19 and they make it pretty easy to use. I like how if I have questions they have 24 hour help and they have tabs that explains sections im not familiar with. My one thing is they kinda up charge for different plans but you don't need to use them without it the site is straight forward.

thankful they make it easy for me to do my own taxes every year without any issues. wish the fees weren't so expensive but besides that, love to use it

advertise as free and ended up paying more than I was charged last year at a tax place. Was not able to use the free tax refund as advertised everywhere
