Very easy to navigate, fast, and reliable, works on all sorts of platforms, linux, windows, mac. has extremely good guidance and helpful features, with good accuracy. Also having and easy to use interface.

They over charge when it says free filing. I never am charged with HNR block

TurboTax has always been pretty simple, but the last couple years has been ridiculously easy. Especially now that it integrates with ADP. Could not be easier.

I enjoy using turbo tax but its always a catch to something. If it says free then at the end yall want charge for the services. ITS NOT FREE....The company needs to correct that and see its a fee. You can only file for free for certain things. Im pretty sure its very confusing to alot of people who uses the service.

I did not have a good experience it was explained to me that it would only be $49 for the TurboTax plus Edition and that I needed to have it because of my Health Savers plan.then when trying to go back and remove my health Savers plan off of my return I wasn't able to they also said that it would only be $49 and it ended up being $123
