User friendly with lack of bothering me with help chat bots. Easy to work website with all information included to provide assistance if needed. Filing made easy and feeling as though it was done right, no issues from the government. Step by step is easy to follow, making doing your taxes stress free and organized. Fee's you pay to use this service are similar to all the other tax services. It's personal preference... it's 2026..

iT IS OKAY i HAVE USED IT FOR YEARS. I should not have to pay as I am low income but could not find the no cost version
